“But wait, I don’t have time for this, and it seems really complicated”
The program is centered around 3 main workouts per week. There are two “bonus” workouts
and recommendations for adding in cardio, yoga, and other popular supplemental workouts.
The monthly program is designed to progress each week, so you’re continually challenged to push yourself, leading to maximal progress
and results you’ll see right away. Each month, you’ll get a complete video walkthrough of all the exercises in the program along with technique
tips. Additionally, you’ll have access to our library of exclusive videos that show you ways to progress, regress, and substitute exercises that may
not “fit” with your body and ability.
What about the rest of my body?
While this program is centered around glute training, we will address the entire body, with specific emphasis on core work that reinforces glute function.
However, there are LOTS of good general training programs out there (we offer several), so if you’re not looking for glutes as the priority of your workouts, we’re happy
to point you in a that direction.
“I don’t want to get big and bulky”
There are many myths and misconceptions out there about women and training. Unfortunately, many “experts” peddle theories with no basis in science. That being said, it’s also not true that
all women react the same to different types of workouts. This program places a heavy emphasis on technique so that you’re targeting the muscles you want to grow, which is a crucial difference-maker
in getting the results you want. Additionally, in most scenarios muscle growth can only occur in a caloric surplus, so diet and nutrition are the biggest factors in determining what an exercise program does for your body,
not the exercises themselves. We offer nutrition recommendations to go along with what type of results you’re looking for, so if you want to lose body fat, your diet plan will reflect that goal.
What equipment do I need?
Every month, we offer two versions of the workouts. One includes our full equipment recommendations, while another can be completed with minimal equipment. This is also great when you find yourself traveling or in situations where you don’t have access to all your normal equipment. We offer special discounts on recommended gear, so the program can pay for itself right away. You can get just about everything you would ever need for less than $500, and you’ll never have to step foot in a commercial gym again!
